NAI HIFFMAN'S NEW CEO
June 22, 2011
This morning, NAI Hiffman's David Petersen told us his new role as CEO doesn't necessarily mean he'll be in the driver's seat. He shares a love of high-speed cars with NAI Hiffman founder Dennis Hiffman, and Dennis will stay on board as chairman—steering the car—while David acts as the accelerator, getting the company to its goals faster. (Part II of our interview will be called NAI Hiffman:Tokyo Drift.) The company has grown its property management practice from 6.5M SF in 2006 to more than 55M SF today. David is hoping to add another 20M SF in the next few years and also to grow the company's presence in the North and Northwest submarkets. David is also continuing in his role of COO in accordance with a company plan laid out last year. |
