| Built on spec before the recession, and vacant since, the warehouse that will become Navistar's new home in Northern Builders' Cherry Hill Business Park in Joliet is expanding from 523k to 860k SF. Navistar will be moving from West Chicago. | |

| Will County Economic Development's John Grueling says that Joliet is really winning this year. In addition to being able to offer economic incentives to Navistar, Joliet will receive federal funding for a new transportation center in its downtown and to widen I-80 in the western suburbs. |
