New Hub for GrubHub

| GrubHub has moved into its new digs at 111 W Washington, and it was a tricky business, Reed Construction’s Scott Hansen tells us. “GrubHub’s move was extremely sensitive due to the fact that their system had to remain fully operational during the turnover, which went off without a hitch thanks to our project team, GrubHub’s IT department, and the moving company, Joyce Brothers,” he says. (It was reminiscent of the Seinfeld episode where George Costanza attempted to transport a Frogger machine... except this time, it worked.) Reed completed the 60k SF buildout for the company, a rapidly expanding online food delivery service, in seven weeks. The recent ribbon-cutting didn’t take nearly that long. |
