New Line Tavern Opens
RKF's Jeremy Ezra, Structured Development's Bill Dvorak, and Jones Lang's Scott Duerkop at New Line Tavern

The West Loop is home to Chicago's newest bar and restaurant, the New Line Tavern. RKF's Jeremy Ezra,  Structured Development's Bill Dvorak, and Jones Lang's  Scott Duerkop enjoyed drinks at the 3k-SF space in the historic Powerhouse Building (211 N. Clinton), owned by Structured. New Line is Spare Time Inc's 10th Chicago restaurant.

 
Baum Realty's Jonathan Feld, Anthony Campagni, and Lara Keene, CB Richard Ellis' Leslie Mader, Grubb & Ellis' Steven Monroe, and Dixon & Co.'s Leonora Dickson at New Line Tavern

Also enjoying the new space: Baum Realty's Jonathan Feld,Anthony Campagni, and Lara Keene, CB Richard Ellis' Leslie Mader,  Grubb & Ellis' Steven Monroe, and Dixon & Co.'s Leonora Dickson. Anthony is working on leasing for Panera Bread in Cook and DuPage Counties, while Leslie is marketing the new Presidential Towers. Leonora is trying to sign a deal at Structured's New City development at Halsted  and  Clybourn.
