CBRE executive managing director for the Chicago region, Christopher Connelly (with Asieh Mansour, head of Americas research for CBRE), set the tone by noting that "there are some really great indicators out there right now." Asieh predicted that 2013 will be a transitional year that will see only modest recovery, while '14 will be the really big year, when the economy will truly turn. |
