| HFF's Mike Kavanau, Tim Joyce, and Trent Niederberger secured$69M for three Schaumburg buildings, one Lisle building, and one Farmington Hills, Mich. building. The new financing, which came from an entity sponsored by Transwestern Investment Corp, will fund future TI and commissions. Centennial Center and One and Two Century Center (pictured), along with the Lisle Executive Centerand TRI-ATRIA in Michigan were included in the porfolio, which Mike says contains some of the highest-quality suburban assets out there. |
