But rents have remained steady around $25 in the CBD and $21.50 in the suburbs, which surprises Chris given high vacancy rates in many submarkets. We snapped Hill Mechanical Services' Ken Fresh, Mimosa Interior Landscapes' Paul Zaccarine, and Matting by Design's Max Andrews. Paul's company recently created plant gift baskets for building managers to give tenants, to show them how interior landscaping can add to their office. To meet LEED standards, Max's company is working with Shaw Industries to create a new matting that is made out of 80% recycled plastic bottles. |
