SOMETHING NEW FOR C&W
July 27, 2011
When Metro Commercial Real Estate's Brent Wayburn and Meredith Oliver first met Mid-America's Luke Molloy while putting together a deal for a DePaul neighborhood Starbuck's in 2005, they knew they liked working together (and having suits without wrinkles). Now, they can do that all the time as the founding members of Cushman & Wakefield Chicago retail team. The three are excited to join a company with a big national brand name but still have the opportunity to grow entrepreneurially as retail starts to pick up again. Brent, Meredith, and Luke (whom we snapped at their new offices this week) bring a solid tenant list with them, including Qdoba, ATI Physical Therapy, Jimmy John's, Texas Roadhouse, Thomasville Furniture, and National Tire and Battery. And while Luke has specialized in repping city-based landlords, Brent and Meredith have a strong background in suburban power centers. |
