Darwin threw a great party (some might say intelligently designed) at Pazzo's on Friday, to look back, look forward, and to thank its friends. | |

Darwin's George Cibula and Panattoni's Jason Rosenberg, here with his wife Erin, did two deals together this year: spaces of 134k-SF in Batavia and 16k-SF in Addison. They're looking forward to recovery and maybe another chance to join forces 2010. | |

Portfolio Title father and son Ralph and Michael Havey joined Bureau Veritas' William Elwell. Ralph and Michael are excited about their ongoing project at the Aqua Tower and Lakeshore East. Aqua has kept their title work busy because of its complicated mixed-use structure, with apartments, condos, and a hotel under one roof. |
