Across Chicago and the ?burbs yesterday, CREW members gathered in small groups to touch base and grab breakfast. DeStefano Partners Mary Jo Graf and Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler's Gloria Valerugo were at the Michigan Avenue meet-up, and Valerie talked about CBK's increasing receivership practice and its business in the suburbs with Argonne and Illinois Institute of Technology. She reports the market is so bad (how bad is it?!), some companies are offering incentives like penny/SF rent for the first year. |

| Jackson Urban Renewal's Gina Jackson and recently retired from RSM McGladrey Ruth Yates were also present. Ruth?s looking forward to a trip to France next month, while Gina is working on economic redevelopment in Chicago's underdeveloped neighborhoods. |
