When the World Cup is over in 10 daysTranswestern's new Latin American team-Juan DeAngulo and Nicolas Cruzat-will still be around. The plan? Help Latin American investors buy, sell and manage property in the US (and vice versa). Juan, who grew up in Colombia, has spent his entire career in the US. Nicolas spent several years working in Chile, but the last two were spent teamed with Juan at Cape Horn Group.

. Not only does the pair speak Spanish, they know the dialects and customs in their respective countries. Juan said some of his investors liked having things explained "in Colombian."
