The County of Cook has renewed its lease for 65k-SF at the Burnham Center at 111 W. Washington. The agency represents more than 800 municipal government units and has leased space in the historic 1914 building since 1994. CBRE's Melissa Rubentstein and Allison Johnson represented the landlord, the Harbor Group.Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant. The location is ideal near Daley Plaza and the Thompson Center.
