Summit Shindig
Summit Design/Build and its friends packed West End Tavern for a happy hour (or three) on Thursday. We snapped Teen Living Program's Nia Tavoularis, Manhard Consulting's Jerremy Foss, and IMPR's Deanna Pegoraro. Nia worked with Summit on building a new center for homeless teenagers in Chicago, and her charity is a finalist for a Facebook contest to see which can get the most fans. Jerremy is working on a 40-acre mixed-use project in Glenview, which will include 400k-SF of office. Astellas Pharmaceuticals has already signed on as a tenant in the LEED-Silver-to-be building. | |
Paradigm Real Estate Group's Michael Obloy, Summit's Adam Brown, and DAM Plumbing's Dennis Mandala. Adam is excited about a new retail project at 1510 N. Wells St, which he'll be working on next year, as well as a LEED-Platinum warehouse for Testa Produce in the Stockyards Industrial Park. This means Dennis will have some work to do laying pipes, probably for low-flow toilets. |
