| CoStar's CoStarGo mobile solution has been on the market for about six weeks, so it must be time for improvements. (Try and keep up. Your new iPad is probably already obsolete.) We snapped CoStar's Dan Osten, Scott Klug, Glenn Marker, and Brian Kerns in their offices late last week. Brian says brokers are all abuzz about the new tablet program, which allows them to look up everything from floorplates to vacancy on the go. |

| So what's new? Glen says the old Class-A, B and C system isn't as effective as it used to be, so CoStar (a Bisnow sponsor) is creating a new star-based ranking system to evaluate buildings on more consistent criteria. CoStar researchers are trying to rank each structure on location, build-out quality, and building systems. In other news, the team is also focused on its acquisition of LoopNet, which should close this quarter. |
