| Little apartments need loans, too! Aries Capital's Brian Lignelli,Kristy Tavas, Andrew Wilson, and Eric Jones have helped reboot the companies small balance multifamily lending program, which originates loans from $750k to $5M and was put on hiatus during the recession. Eric says over the last year Aries has seen more people looking for loans on properties with less than 50 units (with interest rates at all time lows, some down to 4.75%, now's a good time to finance). He's working on closing four small loans and seesEvanston, Hyde Park, and Lincoln Park on the list of hot neighborhoods this year. |
