Owned by principals long active in the soccer industry, Champion Fields is is trying to meet demand for indoor soccer in central DuPage County. Cushman & Wakefield's Mike Hawryluk repped Champion Fields in the 63-month lease. Arthur Rogers & Co's Mark Baumhart and Brian Schmitz represented the landlord, Platinum Partners. Executive Moves *** Wayne Stocks has been named Thornton Tomasetti's leader of the Mid-Atlantic and US Southern regions and has been appointed to the Board of Governors of the Thornton Tomasetti Foundation. He has 23 years of experience with all types of structures including educational facilities, hospitals, sports and entertainment venues, and national monuments. He has a bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University and a Master's from The University of Texas at Austin. *** Don Johansson has been promoted by @properties to commercial coordinator. Prior to taking on his new role, Don spent two years as a commercial broker with the firm. He has worked in commercial real estate for 17 years.
