The Tall Tale of the Hancock Center

Chicago
The Tall Tale of the Hancock Center
Just two years after buying the John Hancock Center, Golub has leased more than 300k-SF. The secret? Taking care of tenants by adding a fitness center, renovating amenities, and implementing common corridor improvements.

Don't believe us? The building plays host to our free Schmooze and Drinks next week, sponsored by Golub, so you can see for yourself. RSVP here. Leasing director Debbie Frank and general manager Tom Keaty tell us tenants hardly ever have to leave the building, which is good for freezing workers in the winter and improves efficiency year-round.

Debbie shows us some of a 61,000 SF vacant space on the 18th and 19th floors; Golub also offers spec suites. Having a true Chicago landlord is a perk, she adds, because of the ability to make quick decisions. Golub nimbleness was on display recently when it moved from lease execution to tenant improvements to client move-in within one week.
