YOBA spent their evening on an office crawl to four raw spaces on LaSalle Street, finishing at the not-so-raw LaSalle Power Company; Jones Lang LaSalle's Craig McKesson and Tishman Speyer's Mike Mediroth and Eric Myers played a set with their band, to wish good riddance to 2009 and get ready to rock in 2010. | |

In the audience, we snapped Wright Hereema's Josh Tremblay and Margie Kurkowski, flanking J.F. McKinney's Jack McKinney. Wright Hereema just finished a 20k-SF office build-out in Vancouver, while Jack signed a lease for Silliker at 233 N. Michigan Ave and is working on project with the GSA. |
