You Tell Us: Will Brick-and-Mortar Make a Comeback?

Last week the Senate passed a resolution supporting the Marketplace Fairness Act, a bill that would allow states to tax online shoppers on their purchases. The economics of tax-free shopping have long been an advantage for online. We want to know: will brick-and-mortar retailers experience a renaissance if states begin collecting sales tax on online purchases? Give us your thoughts!
