200 Take Heritage Harbor Ottawa's 'Penguin Plunge'
Cold temps and a little wind and snow didn't keep 200 people from taking Heritage Harbor Ottawa's "Penguin Plunge" last week at Heritage Harbor marina. The event, now in its fifth year, raised over $100k for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The top team, the Streator Peters, raised more than $23k, while the top individual participant raised over $2,200.
