Oakbrook Terrace Tower Steps Up For Charity
The American Lung Association sponsored a 31-story stair climb at suburban Chicago’s tallest building, Oakbrook Terrace Tower, raising more than $185k for the association. Nearly 1,000 people participated, including several members of JLL’s leasing team and Laura Collins of Arden Realty, which owns the building and co-sponsored the event. Snapped (on a staircase, if you couldn't tell from the height differences): JLL’s Bruce Renwick, Karla Harmon, Jeff Shay and Matt Hickey. The team is busy leasing up the building’s one remaining full floor, 19k SF of creative loft-style space, and tells us the office market around Oak Brook Center mall is tighter than ever.
