St. Dominic's Church Has A Date with the Wrecking Ball

St. Dominic’s Church, vacant for 25 years, will soon be demolished to make way for condos. The 110-year-old church at 357 W Locust will be razed and replaced by a 45-unit condo project designed by Sullivan Goulette & Wilson Architects. A demolition permit was issued last Friday, Curbed Chicago reports. The Chicago Plan Commission approved the proposal last week. [Curbed]
