Liberty Property Trust’s development of three spec industrial buildings is on schedule: Liberty Corporate Preserve III, 10020 S Reinhart Dr in Oak Creek, WI, is substantially complete (Colliers’ Steve Sewart and Pat Hake are repping Liberty in leasing the 171k SF building); 430k SF Liberty Business Center North Aurora, 300 N Mitchell Rd, is on schedule for February completion (Colliers’ James Estus and Jeffrey Kapcheck are repping Liberty); and 236k SF Liberty Business Center Des Plaines, 333 Howard Ave, will be completed in May (Cushman & Wakefield’s Britt Casey and Chris Lydon are repping Liberty).

Colliers announced nine promotions. Jonathan Kohn was named principal from EVP. He’s completed some of the biggest deals in the O’Hare submarket over the past few years and received his MBA from UTAustin. Jason Simon was named principal from SVP, a doublepromotion. He focuses on repping users and owners in office leases throughout the Chicago suburbs. Christopher Volkert was named EVP from SVP. The BU graduate has 24 years of industry experience and focuses on the northern suburbs, O’Hare and Lake County submarkets. John Basile and Brendan Green were named VP from senior associate, and both work in Colliers’ industrial advisorygroup. Patrick Turner was named senior associate from associate and focuses on industrial property in the O’Hare submarket. Gloria Valerugo was promoted to account manager from senior property manager. She has 25 years of experience and oversees more than 1.4M SF. Kelly Morrissey and Susan Houlihan were promoted to senior property manager from property manager. Kelly manages Tri-State International Office Center in Lincolnshire and Susan manages Oakbrook Terrace Corporate CenterIII.

Stephen oversees asset management of Golub’s residential and office portfolio, reporting to principal PaulaHarris. He started with the firm in ’08 and earned his BA from John CarrollUniversity. Colin plays a key role on Golub’s multifamily and commercial acquisitions team, reporting to head of acquisitions and financing MichaelGoldman. He was previously an assistant property manager with Colliers, where he managed a portfolio of over 1.6M SF of office, industrial and retail assets. He graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern.
