Chicago-based JLL promoted 18-year company veteran Michael Anderson to head of finance for its work dynamics sector in the Americas region.

In the new role, Anderson is responsible for strategic financial operations for the work dynamics business. Anderson joined JLL as an intern in 2006 and most recently served for more than two years as its executive finance director for the enterprise division in work dynamics Americas.

“Over my 18 years with JLL, I’ve had the benefit of working for multiple parts of the organization and had a front-row seat watching and being a part of the growth in Work Dynamics,” Anderson said in a press release. “JLL Work Dynamics builds a better, more humancentric and sustainable world of work for our clients, and I’m excited to continue to be a part of it in this new role.”

Lee & Associates added Jackie Konrath to its team as a senior associate. Konrath will focus primarily on representing owners and tenants of retail properties.

Mary Cook Associates, a commercial interior design firm, hired Peggie Grossman as a business development associate. In this role, Grossman will identify and pursue new business opportunities across established and emerging markets and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.

Bridge Industrial added Erin Ankin to its staff as the company’s first executive vice president of corporate operations. Ankin will oversee day-to-day corporate operations, institute organizational-wide goals and performance metrics, and manage corporate functions.

An undisclosed buyer bought a 32-unit apartment property at 1518-1528 W. 99th St. for $3.7M from a Chicago-based private investor. Marcus & Millichap's Jack Stanton arranged the deal and represented the seller.

An unnamed buyer bought a 35K SF property in Franklin Park from Climate Solutions Window & Doors for an undisclosed sum. Entre Commercial Realty's Chris Wilbur and Jeffrey Locascio represented the seller, while Coldwell Banker Commercial's Edward Pohn represented the buyer. 

LEASES

Raymond James moved to its new West Loop office at 120 S. Riverside Plaza. The 58K SF lease spans about two floors at the building and accommodates financial advisers and associates from the firm's private client group, capital markets and fixed income divisions.
