Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide VPs Terry Lynch and Jeff Girling repped the seller, 4401 W Cermak LLC, in the sale of a 32k SF building at 4401 W Cermak. The buyer, VCOR Asset Management, purchased the fully leased, four-unit building as an investment.

De Astis Partners purchased a 4,800 SF building at 204 Edgewood Ave in Wood Dale. Lee & Associates of Illinois principal Jeff Janda and SVP Mike Plumb repped the seller, Hannagan & Associates; DTZ’s Jeff Dowdell repped the buyer.

Centene, repped by Cassidy Turley’s Scott Bazoian, expanded its current lease, and new tenant AuctionsByCellular, repped by CBIZ’s Bill Main and Ben Cooper, will move in early this summer.

EXECUTIVE MOVES
Erin Bremen joined Pine Tree Commercial Realty as VP of acquisitions and due diligence, overseeing underwriting and due diligence for new acquisitions. The 10-year industry vet was previously in the real estate equity group at Allstate Investments. She received her BS in finance from the U of I at Urbana-Champaign.

Lee & Associates of Illinois promoted industrial broker Steve Bass to VP. He joined the firm in 2007 and focuses on deals in the Northwest Corridor/I-90 submarket. Steve was previously with Trammell Crow, and before that Paine/Wetzel.
