Belgravia Group Adding 38 Three-Bedroom Condos To River North Multifamily Pipeline
Belgravia Group is going to be very active building condos in River North for the foreseeable future. In addition to the tower crane the firm erected at Renelle on the River, Belgravia was issued a construction permit for another condo development a few blocks west of Renelle.
The Chicago Department of Buildings issued a construction permit for Three Sixty West, Belgravia's 11-story, 38-unit condo development at 360 West Erie. The development will consist entirely of three-bedroom units ranging from $1.1M to $2.1M.
Belgravia acquired the site and another tract at 366 West Superior in September 2015, in an $8.7M deal. Belgravia has spent the post-2008 real estate boom period building larger-footprint, mid-rise condo developments in neighborhoods ranging from Lincoln Square on the North Side to Pilsen on the South Side. Three Sixty West is Belgravia's third condo project in River North, and the first units are expected to be completed in late 2019. The value of the work covered under the permit is estimated at $30M.
