Landlord Robert Buford’s Planned Property Management purchased the Chicagoan, a 221-unit apartment tower for $104M from Draper & Kramer, Washington-based National Real Estate Advisors and the Wolbach family of Chicago, reveals Crain’s Chicago Business.
