Phase 2 Of Luxe On Madison Now Open
Chicago's multifamily pipeline became less crowded earlier this month when Fifield Cos delivered Phase 2 of its Luxe on Madison apartments at 1222 W Madison. Fifield Cos CEO Steve Fifield and his wife, new Fifield Realty Corp chairwoman Randy Fifield, were on hand to celebrate.
Improvements included adding 44 units, a 76% increase in the building’s apartment stock; a roof deck with dog run; street-level landscaping; and additional attached, covered, semi-heated parking spaces. Residences feature 10-foot ceilings, oversized windows, plank flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, large private patios/balconies and master bedroom walk-in closets in select units.
Other building amenities include a resident lounge, a screening room, a computer lab, a conference room with a presentation screen, a fitness center, a package room and WiFi in common areas. Rents at Luxe on Madison range from $1,690 for studios to $3,355 for three-bedroom units.
