Hearn to Sell 100 N LaSalle
After 31 years of ownership, Hearn Co has hired CBRE to entertain buyers for the 25-story office building at 100 N LaSalle. Hearn has owned the 164k SF building since 1984, and Singerman Real Estate has had a stake in the building since 2013. CBRE SVP Dan Dueter believes the building could fetch as much as $36M on the market, according to Crain's. Hearn paid $1.9M for the building in 1984. [Crain's]
