Add this to the list. Sterling Bay revealed plans last night for a 13-story office building at 210 North Carpenter. That's one block north from where the firm is building McDonald's new HQ, for those keeping score. Sterling Bay filed paperwork with the city to have the site, which is one block from the Morgan Street "L" station, rezoned for mixed-use, according to DNAInfo.
210 North Carpenter was originally supposed to be a five-story development. Sterling Bay announced the change of plans in May. The 218k SF development also calls for two levels of parking, ground-level retail and a rooftop deck. All of that is squeezed into a 23k SF parcel. [DNA]
