Investment Bank Signs 60K SF Lease At 110 North Wacker
While foundation work continues at 110 North Wacker, the building's owners landed another tenant for the 54-story tower. Howard Hughes Corp. and Riverside Investment & Development agreed to a 60K SF lease with Lincoln International, a global investment bank.
Lincoln International will move its 200 employees from 500 West Madison in the spring of 2021, and will occupy space near the top of the building. Lincoln International North America CEO Robert Brown said in a statement the firm has grown so fast in recent years that a more modern office space was necessary, and the footprint at 110 North Wacker will accommodate future growth.
Lincoln International joins Bank of America among 110 North Wacker's tenant roster. Bank of America agreed to a 400K SF lease and will account for more than one-third of the building's 1.4M SF of office space. CBRE's Drew Nieman and Sara Spicklemire represented ownership, while Lincoln International was represented by Savills Studley's Lisa Davidson.
