Ziegler Taking Up Entire Floor Of One North Wacker In HQ Move
One North Wacker
One North Wacker, which already has UBS as an anchor tenant, is getting another headquarters next year. Investment banking firm Ziegler is expanding its Chicago presence and moving its headquarters to One North Wacker.
Ziegler signed a 32K SF lease and will occupy the entire 20th floor of the 50-story tower. Ziegler CEO Tom Paprocki said the move will provide workers with a dynamic work environment and allow it to attract and retain new employees within Chicago's central business district.
CBRE's Lisa Konieczka and Bill Sheehy represented Ziegler, while JLL's Brad Despot and Annie Nicolau represented the landlord, Irvine Company Office Properties. Ziegler expects to move into One North Wacker in August.
