McCaffery Planning 150k SF Office Building In Fulton Market
McCaffery Interests is one of a group of developers pushing Fulton Market's boundaries west.
McCaffery announced plans to build a 150k SF office building at 1201 West Lake St, which houses a two-story retail and office building. McCaffery wants to build a seven-story building on the site with 135k SF of office space, 12k SF of retail and room for 50 parking spaces.
This isn't the only development McCaffery has in the works in the neighborhood. The firm bought the former Aspen Foods poultry processing plant at 1115 West Lake St for $10.5M last year and is repositioning it for retail use.
