CBRE's Epic Charity Bash
Last week more than 400 people hit Epic in River North for CBRE’s Charity Bash, sponsored by Clune Construction and Skender Construction. Snapped from CBRE: managing director Steven Ogasawara, director Scott Patrick, FVP Michael Kaider, managing director Les Linder, and transaction coordinator Dafena Russell. A single-tenant net-lease specialist, Michael's currently marketing a $16.5M Giordano's portfolio. Given the historically high consumer demand and continued lack of supply, the net lease market should continue to be the "belle of the ball" in the investment community through 2015, he tells us.
Here are some of the latest members of the CBRE family after its merger with US Equities: vice chairman Camille Julmy with his wife Natasha, SVP Geoff Euston, and VP Jason Gill on the end with his wife Tiffanie. CBRE|US Equities will be our host on Oct. 28 when Bisnow holds its 6th Annual Chicago State of the Market on the 82nd floor of Willis Tower, which the firm manages. Come see the view from the top.
CBRE's Charity Bash raised over $100,000, which will benefit organizations including Chicago Public Schools’ Finkl Academy, the American Red Cross, Innovations for Learning, and Misericordia. Some Finkl teachers at the event, above: Michael Aumiller, Rachel Aumiller, Tim Kennedy, and Tammy Kennedy.
