Jameson's Summer Fun
Jameson Commercial brokers are doing more than closing deals this summer. Here's Deena Zimmerman and Jacob Strom, hammering nails and cutting wood on a volunteer day with Habitat for Humanity in Aurora. It was part of the Illinois Association of REALTORS plan to build three Habitat houses in Illinois this year, and the mother and daughter receiving the home were building alongside the pair, making for a truly rewarding experience. At the office, the pair is actively looking for retail spaces for Pinot's Palette's expansion into the city. They're also searching for land/redevelopment sites, as well as value-add retail centers, for several investor and developer clients, they say.
Here's Jameson's Brent Burden, Joe Magliochetti, Ed Gerstein, and José Colón hamming it up at the 107th Annual Chicago Association of Realtors Golf Classic at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club in Lemont. Jose just got back from camping with his kids in Manatee, Mich. and hiking through Point Reyes in Northern California, he says.
