Postcard From Tanzania
Interra Realty managing principal David Goss is true to his word. When he returned from his first trip to Africa 22 years ago, he met his newborn niece Ali, and when she was 10, he promised to take her to Africa when she graduated from college. Ali reminded him of the promised “trip of her life” recently, so he booked a trip to Tanzania. The two animal lovers, above, visited Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti Plains, some of the most densely populated places for wildlife left on earth.
Here’s one of the lions they saw, posing for his close-up. At the office, David just closed a $3.7M, 25-unit gut rehab courtyard building at 7722 N Ashland in Rogers Park and a $2.5M, 46-unit two-building property at 60th and Calumet in Washington Park. He’s also got a 10-building portfolio owned by a non-profit under contract on the West Side.
