REAL Professionals Network Enters Chicago
Chicago has its commercial real estate networking groups, but this Atlanta import says it boasts an “unfair advantage.” REAL Professionals Network CEO and Grubb & Ellis alum Rick Lackey (right) tells us the group is rolling out in Chicago over the next few weeks for senior-level execs, part of a national expansion plan with investor and tech entrepreneur Michael Podranzhansky (left). The backstory: five years ago Rick began a monthly meeting with 10 other commercial real estate pros to help each other survive the downturn, creating an "unfair advantage" and improving their pipelines with one another's expertise and relationships.
