Real Estate's Top Dogs: Part 2

Meet Jameson, a Golden Retriever (and die-hard Hawks fan) that belongs to Kiser Group managing director Matt Jones. At the office, Matt's brought three new listings to market (including the 17-unit 2666-68 N Halsted in Lincoln Park) in the past week totaling $13.2M, and closed on $14.5M in sales in June and July. Outside of work, he just attended his sixth of eight weddings this summer, while simultaneously turning 29. He and Jameson couldn't be more excited for Bears season (Jameson also has a Bears hat). In the meantime, Jameson will continue to seek mud puddles to roll in while Matt's not looking.

ESD associate Kyle Hendricks' pooch, Frodo, seems to have gotten himself into quite the pickle. Frodo was an avid marathoner in his earlier dog years, Kyle tells us, but these days he prefers to use his energy chasing squirrels and marking territory in Lincoln Park. At the office, Kyle says ESD is busy with design work on the soon-to-be world's tallest building, Kingdom Tower in Saudi Arabia, and he's focused on expanding the firm's existing building energy efficiency practice. Outside of work, he kicked off this summer with a honeymoon in Belize and has been squeezing in as much golf, softball, and concerts as possible before the snow returns.
