Kerry Wood’s Lincoln Park Home Returns to Market at $3.25M
Retired Chicago Cubs pitcher Kerry Wood has placed his Lincoln Park home back on the market for $3.25M. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home was built in 2005 and first hit the market back in February for $3.6M, Curbed reports. The limestone-clad home includes a rooftop deck, a detached garage and a finished basement. Wood pitched for the Cubs for 11 seasons and appeared in two All-Star games. He's still with the organization, serving as special assistant to team president Theo Epstein and general manager Jed Hoyer. [Curbed]
