Melissa Copley Named Vice Chairman at NGKF
Melissa, who recently inked Seyfarth Shaw to a lease for 200,000 SF at Willis Tower, has been named Vice Chairman at NGKF.
Previously Copley founded her own firm, Copley Advisors, where her lease and sublease transactions included the 125,000 SF downtown Chicago headquarters relocation for GATX Corporation. Copley began her real estate career in 1988 with LaSalle Partners, now JLL, where she became chairman of its law firm practice, an international director and leader of the firm's largest tenant rep team during her 17 years there.
At NGKF, Copley joins Geoff Kasselman, a veteran industrial broker and the national SIOR president-elect 2016, who was tapped to lead NGKF's industrial services nationally earlier this year. Matt Ward, Jennifer Watson, Mike Dillon, Bruce Harris, Adam Marshall, Greg Wright and Elise Couston, among others, have also joined NGKF's Chicago office recently.
