1400 Corporate's Facelift Ready to Start
Now that the vacant, 64k SF 1400 Corporate Dr in Irving has new owners (Triad Real Estate Consulting), it's time for its close up. Centra Partners’ Jeffrey Day (Baylor grad) and Zac Thomas (SMU grad) will handle leasing and marketing at the building and tell us construction should start in a few weeks on the common area renovations and lobby upgrades. It should wrap by the end of March. The building has been off-market for lease for almost a year, so expect some broker open houses and luncheons kicking off once the renovations are complete, Jeffrey tells us. He's hoping to take advantage of the submarket's recent uptick in rental rates and occupancies. The available spaces range from 1,000 SF to a solo-tenant occupancy. Alas, he denies any truth to rumors of a bowling alley being added to the basement.
