| Encore Multi-Family completed construction and initial leasing of the 200-unit Encore Crossings in Corpus Christi, a ground-up development that began construction in late 2009, says Encore Multi-Family prez Brad Miller. The leasing office opened mid-August and has reached the 50% occupancy milestone at pro forma rental rates. The Class-A apartment community is the newest luxury apartment community in the Corpus Christi metro and offers lifestyle amenities and floor plan options. |
