This is either Cuban Missile Crisis footage or an 88k SF industrial building at 2600 E. University Dr. in Denton. More likely the latter because it was just purchased by Technology Resource Center of America for an undisclosed price. The office/warehouse facility will become TRCA’s new corporate HQ, relocating from a mile away. With six months left on its existing lease, the firm will remodel and add office space to its new location, says Henry S. Miller Brokerage EVP Dan Spika (who repped the buyer and the seller, Baker Distributing dba Weatherol Supply). As for those missile silos . . .? |
