Look for this courtyard to be filled with a few more Blackberries streaming Judge Judy episodes during lunch. Defense and commercial trial firm, The Berry Firm, leased the entire 23rd floor and part of the 22nd, 9.5k SF total, at Adolphus Tower, 1412 Main Street in Dallas. Plans are to open in January. Henry S. Miller’s Mark Boynton negotiated the transaction with Dominus’ Stephen LaMure, at the 26-story, 182k SF office tower. |
