It's located at 9380-9600 Mason Montgomery Rd (for any of you Cincinattians ...Cincinattiites? . . .Reds fans, who might know the local roads). The property was developed in 1998 by Duke Realty and is near one of the area’s top marketplaces and a several global corporate HQs, including Proctor & Gamble, LensCrafters, and Cintas. Encore Equities prez Donna Arp tells us it seeks high-quality investments with a lower downside by cultivating investor and partner relationships; adding, the demographics and solid tenant base make the acquisition especially appealing to its investors. | |
