HEARTFELT GIVING
December 21, 2010
Like spiked 'nog and fruitcake, Susan Arledge’s annual wine party is a holiday tradition. Susan, CEO of Arledge Partners Real Estate Group, here with wine steward for the evening (and prez of Paredigm)Chris Ryan, tells us the party is a networking opportunity for CRE women that has morphed into a wider net. The party features about eight wine stewards that are also involved in CRE. The party was hosted at the home of Brenda Sandoz in University Park on Dec. 9 and Susan tells us Chris was the big hit of the night wearing his family's formal Scottish kilt. | |
CBRE PM Sean Goff, StructureTone EVP David Snyder, and JLL senior VPs Calvin Hull and John Alvarado were among the volunteer wine stewards (as were Stabler Investments’ Jim Stabler, Henry S. Miller Investments’ Robert Grunnah, IRESLP prez Joe Gampper, and Migura Associates Insurance prez Tony Migura). The event benefited the American Heart Association. Susan serves on the AHA board and is the chairwoman for the Go Red for Women fundraiser luncheon on June 10 at the Anatole. Through the grapevine, we hear David is going to be working on the new Denberry Resources building and Sean helped facilitate CBRE's move to its new HQ downtown. HKS’ Lea Yeast was a co-host for the event. |
