| We snapped Stream Realty Partners co-managing partner Lee Belland, who co-chairs what is TREC Foundation's biggest fundraiser. This year's black-tie event again features boxing, exceptional cuisine, casino gaming, and Vegas-style entertainment. The Foundation aims to improve local quality of life by addressing housing, education, economic development, and the environment. | |||

| Here's one of last year's featured bouts (these are pros; no slugging over the roulette table). Lee reminds us FightNight started in '88"when the CRE industry was at a low point," so it has no plans to end the tradition, especially because it provides great networking and was even the backdrop to a few deals closing. He's proud that it's not only one of the best opportunities for top decision-makers to gather, but raises funds for the good works of the Foundation. |
