Healthcare and More: UEB Builds Business
UEB principal Kyley Harvey (flanked by partners Tom Keilty and Mike Hurst), AIA says that the building company continues to grow and diversify, with projects ranging from $2M to $50M in every sector from multifamily to retail. Especially strong for UEB is the healthcare market, with DFW-area clients grabbing market share in new-reality locations like freestanding emergency rooms and behavioral health hospitals. Student housing is also keeping UEB busy, with a number of 300k SF off-campus apartment buildings. Kyley tells us that he and his two partners are involved in every project, which means that they don’t take on more than about 15 jobs a year. Their goal is to stay involved with every client, each step of the way. For more info on our sponsor, click here.
