| Census figures project the population of children under 5 to grow 56% between now and 2050. No surprise then that the Fort Worth-based daycare Childrens Lighthouse plans to add five to 10 franchised locations in DFW and has 10 locations in development, which will open before year-end. Lower real estate procurement and development costs and the continued increase in two-income families were also factors in the decision to expand, says Childrens Lighthouse CEO Mike Brown. The firm tapped CBRE to help locate the new DFW franchise sites. CBRE manages the 28 franchised and company-owned centers in four states. CBRE SVP Nathan Wood and associate Ryan Byrne will provide site-selection services. |
