MARKET LOOKING BETTER
Kimley-Horn's LEED accredited civil engineer Hillary Keil with Winchester Carlisle’s Kathryn Prescott and Renaissance Dallas’ Tessa Doiel.

At a TREC networking event at Tori Burch in Highland Park late last month, we spotted Kimley-Horn's LEED accredited civil engineer Hillary Keil. It's her second Bisnow appearance, this time joined by Winchester Carlisle’s Kathryn Prescott and Renaissance Dallas’Tessa Doiel. Hillary tells us many out-parcel financial institutions and small commercial projects are moving along well. Healthcare projects still lead the way, with the entire market doing better compared to the previous six months. Recently engaged, Hillary affirms she is not a bridezilla, even though she’s planning a June wedding in the Texas Hill Country.
